Organisation profile
Founded in April 2019, Lumen SEO is the 100% transparent search marketing agency based in Cardiff. Our mission is to empower business owners to thrive, succeed and do more of what they love through the organic power of search engine optimisation.
We specialise in SEO for small, medium and large businesses, increasing the quantity and quality of their website traffic. We do this by being experts in what we do, being transparent with our clients and being committed to constant self-development.
At Lumen SEO, we believe in delivering measurable results and exceptional client service. Our team of experts are also dedicated to staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of SEO to ensure our clients achieve their marketing goals. As a result, we foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where continuous learning, sharing and improvement are expected.
The role
This role will place you at the heart of our Ecommerce client’s campaigns which span across multiple industries, from pet supplies to health and wellbeing products. Your responsibility will be to work directly with the Account Manager to deliver all aspects of an SEO campaign, from keyword research to content creation and website optimisation, achieving the targets set out by the manager and client.
During your first month, you will be trained on how we deliver and improve SEO campaigns. After that, you’ll have ongoing SEO training as search changes, plus opportunities to visit clients and attend broader marketing events. We want team members to shape their own progression, led by their curiosity and interests. Whatever you’re curious about, we’ll help you explore it.
This role is for those who love learning and thrive in intense environments. Your growth and ours depend on constant discovery, not just being comfortable with failure, but embracing it while constantly looking to grow and improve. The right candidate will be eager to learn, take criticism professionally and uphold high standards.
